Como, Italy – The NARRATE Project is thrilled to share that the General Assembly with the entirety of the Consortium has occurred. This gathering occurred from November 26 to November 27, 2024, at the ComoNExT – Digital Innovation Hub, hosted by our partner Synesis. This marks the third General Assembly since the project started in December 2023.
The first day of the meeting featured a project progress update, leading into interesting discussions on technical methodologies such as the SMN Knowledge Model in conjunction with Digital Twin Technology and the Neurosymbolic Reasoner. Partners reviewed the development of the Intelligent Manufacturing Custodian, emphasizing technical specifications and improving logistics efficiency. The project coordination provided an overview of deliverables, milestones, and risk management strategies. Additionally, the consortium explored dissemination strategies, future event planning, and processes related to exploitation and standardization.
The second day featured a tour of the facilities, organized by Synesis, to see practical applications in action. Conversations continued focused on disruptions, strategies for resilience, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress. The assembly finished with a recap of the discussions, plans for future meetings, and other pertinent topics, emphasizing collaboration and strategic planning within the project.
